Everyday skills, lifelong value

“Where do I start?” becomes
“I’ve got a plan.”

Remembering homework. Finding the right supplies. Getting started and sticking with a task. These all use executive-function skills—the everyday skills we use to plan, organize, manage time, solve problems, and follow through.

Skills for Success gives students a playful place to practice them.

01 / ORGANIZE

A place for everything.

Practice organizing school supplies and backpacks, and keeping track of what’s needed.

02 / PLAN

Think a step ahead.

Build time-management skills and break tasks into manageable steps.

03 / FOCUS

Find the focus.

Practice staying on track and handling the distractions that pop up along the way.

04 / ADAPT

Try a new way.

Solve problems and adjust when a plan changes or something doesn’t work the first time.

05 / GET STARTED

Take the first step.

Practice getting started on homework and other tasks, even when the beginning feels tricky.

06 / FOLLOW THROUGH

Keep going. Finish proud.

Work toward finishing what’s started and becoming more independent.

What we do in club meetings

Through exciting games, challenges, teamwork, and real-life school scenarios, students practice practical strategies they can use at school, at home, and beyond.

Our goal: help students build practical skills, confidence, and independence—one everyday challenge at a time.
