How I can help your teen:
I will work with your teen to help them develop new mindsets, thought patterns, and behaviors that will enable them to approach the future with confidence in their ability to succeed. Some of the areas we can work on include:
- Increasing their optimism and “happiness set point”
- Developing a ‘growth’ mindset, which reduces fear of failure
- Increasing their resilience in the face of difficulty
- Building their confidence and self-esteem
- Increasing self-awareness and adopt empowering beliefs
These mental success skills have been proven to increase happiness, life satisfaction, health and longevity, and academic and professional success.
Once your teen learns these skills and begins applying them in their life, they will feel happier, more confident, and more willing to grow and explore – all of which are key to their ability to succeed in the challenging and uncertain environments they will face in college and their career.
